• Clean and sterilize bottles and teats carefully by boiling them in cold water for quarter of an hour or use a cold sterilization method.
• Pour the necessary amount of hot water at 40°C max (weakly mineralized water) into the bottle.
• Add the number of tablespoons needed. (1 tablespoon for every 30 ml of water).
• Close and shake the bottle vigorously. Check the temperature on the inside of the wrist of the bottle.

It is important for the health of your baby to respect the following instructions:

• Wash your hands before preparing the bottle.
• Prepare it just before taking. If not all is consumed, throw away the rest.
• Use only the spoon that is inside the pot.
• Once opened, close the jar well and store in a cool, dry place for up to 4 weeks after opening.
• After feeding, carefully clean the bottle and accessories.

Try to hold your baby properly while taking the bottle.
