Me sangran menos las encias

El dentista me ha recomentado suplementarme con vitamina c natural, para disminuir el sangrado de mis encias al cepillarme. Al cabo de 2 semanas de uso, ya no sangro apenas cuando me lavo los dientes. Me ha resultado increible.

He de decir que era reacio a tomar pastillas o vitaminas, pero estas me dieron confianza. El caso es que opino ahora porque ya llevo tres meses tomando dos cápsulas al día en el desayuno. Efectos? Piel mejorada y además no se si es sintomático, pero todos en mi familia han caído con gripe y resfriados, pues de verdad que este año yo no he caído enfermo 🎉 además que noto más energía. Fáciles de tragar.

Compro este producto porque la mayoría de productos de vit c tienen el típico ácido ascorbico. Para mi eso no me vale, creo q la vit c es bastante más q eso. La vit c de este producto es natural y proviene de extracto de naranja amarga y de trigo sarraceno.
