If the CUSTOMER detects at the time of delivery that any product is damaged or is not included in the shipment, he must indicate it in writing on the delivery note and send an e-mail to marketing@mediluxeme.com within a maximum period of 48 hours we must inform the transport company and claim the damages in case they have been produced by it. If the CLIENT does not communicate the possible incidents that it detects, we cannot be held responsible for the damage caused.
