The CUSTOMER must indicate the shipping address in the order. The shipment will be made by home delivery through a courier service of the company CORREOS EXPRESS
If the CUSTOMER detects at the time of delivery that any product is damaged or is not included in the shipment, he must indicate it in writing on the delivery note and send an e-mail to marketing@mediluxeme.com within a maximum period of 48 hours we must inform the transport company and claim the damages in case they have been produced by it. If the CLIENT does not communicate the possible incidents that it detects, we cannot be held responsible for the damage caused.

Shipping costs are NOT included in the prices offered. These expenses will vary depending on the CLIENT's place of residence and the offers and promotions that may exist at any given time. The CUSTOMER will be informed before proceeding to pay the amount of these expenses in each case. The postage costs are indicated below, for Maximum orders of 40 Masks , for higher orders it will be calculated at the time of making the payment.
