How to use Deanshield Reusable Masks

Make sure you are wearing a clean mask

Wash your hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer before touching the mask.

Pick up the mask by touching only the ear flaps.

Avoid touching the mask itself.

Hold both hooks and place a loop around each ear.

Place the mask around the mouth, nose and chin.

The mask must be completely adjusted; Do not wear or rest below the chin.

Never wear the mask inside out.

Take off the mask if it is dirty or wet.

Do not touch the mask, face or adjust the mask while it is on.

If you do touch the mask, wash your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer right away.

Grab the earmuffs only and lift the mask off the ears

Remove the lower part of the mask and move your mouth and chin away.

Method 1: With normal detergent and water at a temperature of 60º (normal washing machine cycle).

Method 2: Soak masks in a 1:50 bleach dilution with warm water for 30 minutes. Then wash with soap and water and rinse well to remove any remaining chlorine and allow to dry.
